Colleges/Universities (Excluding Historically Black Colleges and Universities), Corporations/Government Agencies, Non-Profit Organizations

This rate includes all non-profit organizations (including rape crisis centers, domestic violence and sexual assault networks) whose annual operating budgets are $250,000 and over.

It also includes all organizations, regardless of budget, that are housed within or affiliated with colleges/universities.

Please Agree To The Following Terms To Complete Your Purchase

1. The institutional purchase means lease for the life of the DVD. This fee includes in-house public performance rights for classroom, library and organizational use by the acquiring institution for non-paying audiences only. A license for closed-circuit use within a SINGLE campus is included with an institutional purchase of NO! and/or Breaking Silences.

2. NO! and Breaking Silences are protected by copyright laws. Duplication, reproduction, alteration, television broadcast or cablecast, (except for closed-circuit use within a SINGLE campus), loaning for a fee, leasing, sublicensing to others or use for commercial purposes (specifically charging admission) is strictly prohibited. Purchase does not include nor imply the right to transmit NO! or Breaking Silences by analog or digital means by broadcast, open-cable, direct broadcast satellite, internet or other means nor to any off-campus or distance learning site without the express written consent of AfroLez® Productions.
