Select Organizational Purchase of NO! The Rape Documentary

The Select Organizational Purchase is only for Historically Black College/Universities, Public/Charter Secondary Schools, Public Libraries, and those organizations whose annual operating budget is less than $250,000. If you are not an HBCU, a Public/Charter Secondary School, or a Public Library, and your organization’s annual operating budget is over $250,000, you must pay the institutional rate. If your organization is housed within or directly affiliated with a college/university, you must also pay the institutional rate.

NO! and Breaking Silences are protected by copyright laws. Duplication, reproduction, alteration, television broadcast or cablecast, (except for closed-circuit use within a SINGLE campus), loaning for a fee, leasing, sublicensing to others or use for commercial purposes (specifically charging admission) is strictly prohibited. Purchase does not include nor imply the right to transmit NO! or Breaking Silences by analog or digital means by broadcast, open-cable, direct broadcast satellite, internet or other means nor to any off-campus or distance learning site without the express written consent of AfroLez® Productions.
